Welcome! My name is Adam P. Newman and I am a doctoral student in the English Department at Emory University. My academic research focuses on representations of race and disability in 19th and 20th century American literature and culture, and in particular I am interested in both the intersections and divergences in the representations of these two categorizations of difference.
